HOMEMADE HOT FUDGE
1/2 stick real butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup sugar
1 T unsweetened cocoa (If you want more chocolately...add a little more)
Mix together in heavy sauce pan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly!! Boil 30 seconds. Turn off heat. Pour on ice cream after it cools a little.
